The Role: For this entry level position in our Customer Connect Team you will need great computer skills, a can-do attitude and understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. Based in our Burleigh Heads Officeyou will be first point of contactready to handle calls from a diverse customer base regarding their insurance claims (call centre style).

Hours Available:

This is a full-time position working eight-hour shifts. Shift times may vary each week and will fall between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, so flexibility across these hours is required.
