Due to continued growth, we're looking for experienced Commercial Window Installers to join our permanent installation team.

n

The Role

n

As a Commercial Window Installer, you'll be responsible for installing high-quality aluminium window, door and glazing systems across a variety of commercial projects throughout Newcastle, Sydney and regional NSW.

n

While a large portion of our work is within the Hunter Region, there will be opportunities to work on remote projects, with travel, accommodation and relevant allowances provided.

n

You'll become part of an experienced installation team committed to quality workmanship, safety and professionalism.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Install commercial aluminium windows, doors and glazing systems.
n
- Measure, cut, install and seal aluminium subframes.
n
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings and project specifications.
n
- Ensure all installations comply with Australian Standards and project requirements.
n




- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
n
- Work closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and other trades on site.
n
- Operate safely and comply with all Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
n
- Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment.
n
- Represent Make Commercial Windows professionally on every project.
n

About You

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience installing commercial aluminium windows and doors.
n
- Experience with commercial glazing systems and installation methods.
n
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
n
- Current Construction White Card.
n
- Current Driver's Licence.
n
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality workmanship.
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
n
- Ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment.
n
- A positive attitude and pride in delivering quality outcomes.
n

Desirable (but not essential):

n

n
- Certificate III in Glazing, Carpentry, Shopfitting or similar trade qualification.
n
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP), Working at Heights or Forklift licences.
n
- Experience with large-scale commercial projects.
n
