The Opportunity

As a PC-24 Captain, you will lead time‑critical aeromedical flights, ensuring uncompromising safety, performance, and coordination with medical teams. You will operate across diverse environments, day and night, under IFR, delivering exceptional care and reliability to the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do

- Command PC-24 aeromedical missions, maintaining the highest standards of airmanship and decision‑making.
- Plan and execute IFR and night operations, including performance, fuel, and terrain considerations.
- Work seamlessly with doctors, nurses, and dispatch to meet clinical priorities and mission timelines.
- Uphold SOPs, regulatory compliance, and robust risk management in dynamic operational environments.
- Ensure patient dignity, safety, and comfort throughout each phase of flight.
- Contribute to a strong safety culture through reporting, briefings, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in recurrent training and checking; support mentoring within a professional flight crew environment.

Minimum Requirements

- PIC time: 1,500 hours (total)
- Multi‑engine PIC: 400 hours
- Night PIC: 100 hours
- Instrument flight time: 250 hours (minimum 125 in‑flight)
- MEIR renewals: Minimum 3
- License: CASA ATPL (or CASA CPL with all ATPL subjects completed)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4+

Preferred Background

- Previous experience on the King Air B350 and/or Pilatus PC‑24 jet.
- 1,000 hours Turbine PIC.
- Check and training experience.

Additional Requirements

- Ability to work effectively within a multi‑disciplined team of professionals.
- Ability to pass a Working With Children Check.
- Eligibility to obtain and hold an ASIC.

Location & Roster

- Base: Sydney, NSW
- Operations: 24/7 aeromedical response; roster aligned to mission requirements
- Training: Type conversion provided (NTR)
