We're looking for an experienced and passionate Coordinator to lead one of our OSHC services. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Queensland's most trusted not-for-profit organisations while making a genuine impact in your local community.

About the role
n
As the Coordinator, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high-quality care, strong relationships with families and schools, and a positive, engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of educators
n
- Building strong relationships with children, families, schools and the community
n
- Overseeing compliance, administration and service quality
n
- Managing rostering, occupancy and service performance
n
- Delivering engaging programs that reflect children's interests and needs
n
n
About you
n
You'll be an organised and confident leader who enjoys supporting people, building positive team culture and creating exceptional experiences for children.
n
You'll also have:
n
n
- Previous leadership experience within OSHC, Early Childhood or a similar education setting
n
- A relevant qualification (or willingness to obtain where applicable)
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Child Safe practices
n
- A current Blue Card (or ability to obtain one)
n
n
