We're looking for a Social Strategy Manager to lead the next evolution of our brand and social presence. This is a unique opportunity to define how one of Australia's most recognised beauty brands shows up. Ideating and creating content that is culturally relevant, commercially impactful and unmistakably Adore Beauty.

The Role

n

You'll own our organic social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms, as well as working closely on our influencer, seeding and PR strategy. You'll lead an in-house team spanning influencer marketing, UGC, content creation , community management, social platform execution and retail media, while partnering closely with Creative, Merchandise, eCommerce and Media to ensure social is embedded from the very beginning of every campaign.

What you'll be doing

n

- Own and evolve Adore Beauty's end-to-end organic social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
n
- Help define the role, tone of voice and content strategy for each platform, ensuring every channel has a distinct purpose.
n
- Translate beauty trends, cultural moments and customer insights into engaging, social-first content that builds brand love and drives commercial results.
n




- Champion native platform storytelling across Reels, TikTok, Stories and emerging formats.
n
- Help develop and manage an always-on content calendar aligned with the broader brand, campaign and retail calendar.
n
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure social is integrated into campaign planning from day one.
n
- Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing social team across influencer marketing, creator partnerships, UGC, content creation , community management, social platform execution and retail media and publishing, that reflects Adore Beauty's expertise, personality and customer-first approach.

- Monitor and optimise performance using insights across engagement, reach, audience growth, traffic and conversion.
n
- Stay ahead of platform changes, emerging technologies and evolving social behaviors, identifying new opportunities for the brand.

About you

n

You'll bring:

n

- Proven experience developing and executing organic social strategies for retail, lifestyle, beauty or consumer brands.
n
- Experience leading and developing high-performing social or content teams.
n
- Solid experience managing influencer programs, creator partnerships,



UGC strategies and end-to-end content production.
n
- Demonstrated success building engaging brand communities across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
n
- Deep understanding of social analytics, performance reporting and optimisation, with experience using Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and social analytics platforms.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
n
- Experience managing community engagement and navigating social issues or crisis management.
n
- A strong understanding of the Australian beauty, skincare and haircare landscape.
n
- A balance of creative instinct, strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
