Job Description

Whilst studying a Certificate III Civil Construction working with BRP Industries over 3 years, you'll have the opportunity to work on:

- Operate a variety of hand, power, and other tools as directed by supervisors.
n
- Assist in the handling and/or moving of machinery and equipment on site.
n
- Communicate effectively and clearly with site personnel, including supervisors and team members.
n
- Assist in the setting of work activity priorities under supervision.
n
- Perform tasks diligently, always maintaining and adhering to all health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations.
n
- Contribute to clearing and preparing construction sites, including digging trenches, and removing and disposing of debris.
n
- Carry out other duties that are within the limits of apprentice skills, competence and ability as required
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Commitment to both on and off the job training.
n
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
n
- Willingness to work away from home, for periods of up to 10 days.
n

n

Must-haves

n

n
- Current drivers licence (provisional or above), or close to obtaining.
n
- White Card
n
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical, including audiometry and drug and alcohol screening
n
