Key Responsibilities

n

- Counsel students on education opportunities, courses, and pathways in Australia.
n
- Guide students through the application and admission process with universities/colleges.
n
- Work closely with migration and education teams to provide end-to-end solutions.
n
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the branch's client base and visibility in Perth.
n
- Build, mentor, and manage a growing team of counsellors and support staff.
n
- Meet business targets while ensuring high-quality client service standards.
n

Key Requirements





n

n
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Education Counsellor
n
- Strong understanding of Australian education and migration pathways.
n
- Basic working knowledge of the Australian education system is required.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to take initiative, handle challenges, and work independently.
n
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in team building and business development.
n
- Experience working as part of a team with collaborative leadership capabilities.
n
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
n
- Valid Australian work visa is required.
n
