Experienced Restaurant & Floor Staff || Shaws Bay Hotel

The Shaws Bay Hotel is an enduring East Ballina Icon which has undergone an exciting modernisation. With a huge footprint directly on the beautiful waters of Shaws Bay, this is a food driven, high capacity and high turnover venue.

We are currently hiring experienced food service staff - Pass Captains, Waiters, Food Runners, Food Till Operators and Glassies. Our aim is to deliver exceptional service in a truly unique coastal setting.

n

We are on the hunt for energetic, people focused professionals, who are skilled at anticipating what needs to happen and when, for a successful service.

n

With a range of hours available across both lunch and dinner services, this could suit parents of school aged children, Uni students,



side hustlers, or potentially, full time hours.

n

To be successful within our team we ask that you have

n

n
- Any legally required certificates for your role for example NSW RSA, RCG, Food Safety Cert
n
- Several years' experience in a similar setting
n
- A sense of humour and ability to keep calm and carry on
n
- A Team Player mentality and a pride in your workplace
n
- Excellent interpersonal skills
n
- An energy & drive that your team will be inspired to replicate
n
