We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead to take ownership of a growing HV Testing & Commissioning division. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership position where you'll influence business strategy, lead technical teams, manage key client relationships and drive the successful delivery of major projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Overseeing HV testing, commissioning and maintenance projects across multiple sites
n
- Leading, mentoring and developing HV Test Technicians, Supervisors and field personnel
n
- Managing workforce planning, resource allocation and project scheduling
n
- Coordinating labour, equipment, subcontractors and project resources
n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
- Supporting project delivery,



commercial outcomes and operational performance
n
- Reviewing technical documentation, drawings and specifications
n
- Providing technical leadership and problem-solving support to project teams
n
- Driving safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Managing project costs, approvals and reporting requirements
n

Required Experience

n

n
- Australian Electrical Trade Qualification
n
- Full Australian work rights
n
- Experience in HV testing and commissioning
n
- Leadership, supervisory or management experience
n
- Hands on experience using Omicron test equipment
n
- Primary and secondary testing experience
n
- Experience working in power generation or utility infrastructure, renewables preferred
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Current White Card
n
- Current CPR/LVR certification
n

- Strong knowledge of substations, transmission & distribution networks and power systems
n
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
n
- Strong commercial awareness and project delivery experience
