Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat

- Provide knowledgeable answers about products, pricing, and availability

- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs

- Perform data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of relevant experience (not required)

- Good phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multi‐task, organize, and prioritize work

- Proficiency with a personal computer and a typing speed of at least a typical functioning level

- Strong time management and administrative skills with attention to detail
