Stockwell is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Property and Building Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver high-quality service to residents at Hof Noosaville, a recently built apartment community comprising three boutique buildings, 90 apartments and stunning facilities.

About The Role:

n

You will be part of the team responsible for:

n

Ensuring successful operation of the caretaking of the apartment complex through proactive and regular communication with all owner occupiers, investors, tenants, and contractors.

n

Maintaining high standards of presentation, safety, and operational effectiveness with a hands-on approach to get in and get the job done.

n

Ensuring the success of the Property Management and Leasing of the apartments under the management of Stockwell Living.

n

Ensuring that the sites are operated as required by fulfilling the requirements of the Caretaking and Letting Agreements.

n

Your key tasks will include:

n

Be proactive in communicating with all owner occupiers, investors, tenants and body corporate committee and managers.

n

Perform daily inspections of the common areas and facilities.

n

Carry out duties to ensure the highest of standards in presentation of the entire facility.

n





Arranging and monitoring maintenance contractors and communicating with tradespeople.

n

Knowledge and application of Body Corporate Rules and By‐laws.

n

Meet with prospective Tenants to show apartments, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about the complex and local area.

n

Prepare and maintain internet listings.

n

Lease preparation.

n

Routine inspections.

n

Liaise with Tenants and Owners.

n

Timely management of rental arrears.

n

Conduct Entry and Exit Inspections and preparation of all relevant documentation.

n

End of month and Trust account receipting.

n

Address all reasonable queries and concerns of Tenants and Owners.

n

Assist in growing the business by interacting with all stakeholders including Owners, Property Managers, Agents, Tenants, and prospective Buyers.

Qualifications:

n

In addition to having a strong client‐oriented approach, the successful candidate requires:

n

Real Estate Certificate of Registration.

n

Minimum 3 years' experience in building or property management.

n
