The Role

We are seeking an experienced Residence Manager to lead a residential aged care home, driving excellence in clinical care, operational performance, compliance, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead the daily operations of the residence, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery.
n
- Provide leadership across clinical governance, quality, compliance, and risk management.
n
- Manage workforce planning, staffing, recruitment, and team development.
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes.
n
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
n
- Oversee accreditation requirements, audits,



incident management, and regulatory reporting.
n

About You

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Residence Manager within residential aged care.
n
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, and clinical governance frameworks.
n
- Proven experience leading accreditation and quality improvement programs.
n
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to drive performance, accountability, and resident-focused outcomes.
