Key Responsibilities

Class Delivery & Member Experience

n

n
- Deliver engaging, safe and technically precise reformer Pilates classes
n
- Provide appropriate modifications and progressions for all fitness levels
n
- Ensure correct technique and movement quality throughout every session
n
- Create a welcoming, inspiring and inclusive class environment
n
- Build genuine relationships with members that support long-term retention
n

Studio Standards & Operations

n

n
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the studio floor at all times
n
- Set up and pack away reformers and equipment correctly after every class
n
- Monitor and uphold safety procedures during sessions
n
- Report any equipment or maintenance issues promptly
n
- Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled shifts and classes
n

Brand Representation & Member Engagement

n

n




- Represent the Studio Vela brand professionally at all times — on the floor and online
n
- Support studio promotions, events and community initiatives
n
- Contribute positively to the studio culture and team environment
n
- Deliver a high standard of customer service in every interaction
n

Required Qualifications

n

Applicants must hold and maintain the following at the time of appointment:

n

n
- Current Reformer Pilates certification
n
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
n
- Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance (required for contractors)
n
- Previous experience teaching reformer Pilates classes in a commercial studio environment is highly regarded.
n

Flexible scheduling across morning, daytime and evening classes. Weekend availability may be required.

Class Schedule

- Mon–Fri: 6am-8pm

- Sat- Sun: 6am-11am

Pay Rate

n

~$60 per hour (Casual / Contractor)

Part-time rate commensurate with experience
