Scheduling and Administration Allrounder: Aged & Disability - Community Care

Care to Care is recruiting for an experienced Scheduling/Administration Allrounder to join our team in this full-time role. The role is based in Cannon Hill.

Be part of the scheduling team:
n
n
- Develop and manage care service schedules, considering each client's individual needs and matching with support workers' skills and geographical locations
n
- Arrange replacement staff to cover sick and annual leave,
and planned or unplanned absences and ad hoc shift changes
n
- Ensure compliance, cost optimisation as well as a focus on client and support worker satisfaction
n
- Receive client feedback, enquiries and complaints, and respond as required
n
- On-call: shared across the team, on a rotational roster (remunerated separately)
n
- Administrative activities, using the Care Management System
n
n
Supporting our Admin team:
n
n
- Providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders by phone, email and in person
n
- Any other administrative tasks
n
n
Key requirements:
n
n
- Ideally, 3+ years' experience in service coordination, scheduling/rostering –with multiple Client Management Systems/software applications
n
- Experience with scheduling mobile workers in the in-home/community care workplace
n
- Working knowledge of SCHADS and Nurses Awards will be beneficial
n
- Ideally, working knowledge of HCP and NDIS programmes
n
- Ability to prioritise, coordinate and resolve enquiries/rescheduling in a high‐pressure environment
n
- Proactive and logical problem‐solving skills with high attention to detail
n
- Excellent interpersonal, telephone and collaboration/influencing skills
n
- Excellent time management skills and a sense of urgency
n
- Strong client service focus – must be a team player
n
- Experience in office administration, including advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
n
- We offer a competitive remuneration package, in line with qualifications and experience under the relevant award with an additionalabove-award premium. On‐call is remunerated in addition.
