We are seeking experienced and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team supporting participants in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in the Bayside area.
n
This role is ideal for support workers who enjoy building strong relationships, working as part of a professional team, and providing consistent support to people with complex support needs.

About the Role
n
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide active support in a SIL workplace,
assisting participants to achieve their goals while maintaining their health, safety, dignity and quality of life.
n
Responsibilities include:

- Personal care and support with daily living activities
n
- Supporting participants with complex needs
n
- Medication administration and health monitoring
n
- Domestic duties including cleaning, laundry and household tasks
n
- Community access, appointments and recreational activities
n
- Supporting communication, choice and independence
n
- Accurate shift notes, incident reporting and documentation
