Coolway Trans | Glendenning, NSW | Full-time, permanent | Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Coolway Trans is a family-owned, 100% asset-based temperature-controlled carrier operating nationally. We're looking for a Transport Administrator to join our Glendenning office on afternoon shift.

n

Straightforward role, busy office, good people. You'll work closely with the Depot Manager / Shift Supervisor and keep the paperwork side of the operation running clean.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Linehaul paperwork and driver debriefs
n
- Local pick‐up paperwork
n
- Checking PODs against driver runsheets
n
- Customer service — phone and email enquiries
n




- Supporting the Depot Manager/Shift Supervisor with general office duties
n

n

What you'll need

n

n
- Previous transport industry experience (essential)
n
- Good attention to detail — paperwork needs to be right
n
- Comfortable working afternoon shift
n

n
