A leading organisation is looking for a Process Automation Specialist to join their Digital team on a permanent basis in Sydney, paying 150-155k including Super + Bonus.

About the role

n

This is a hands‐on automation and process design role sitting within a high‐performing Digital team. You'll be the critical link between business stakeholders and technical delivery, leading discovery, redesigning workflows, and translating that into clear requirements that engineers can actually build from.

Your responsibilities

n

- Lead discovery and workshops to identify and prioritise automation opportunities across the business
n
- Map current‐state processes and redesign future‐state workflows before any technical build begins
n
- Create high‐quality artefacts, process maps, requirements docs,



decisions logs, that enable confident technical delivery
n
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams through to delivery and sign‐off
n
- Contribute to the automation strategy and roadmap
n

What you need

n

n
- 5+ years in Business Analysis, Process Analysis or Business Consulting
n
- Solid experience with business process automation is key for this role.
n
- Hands‐on experience with low‐code automation platforms (Power Platform, Workato, Boomi, Pega or similar)
n
- Robust process modelling skills (Visio, Lucidchart or similar)
