Special Counsel Corporate & Commercial Lawyer

n You will work with ASX Listed companies, medium to large privately owned companies and high net worth individuals.

You will work on a range of but not limited to,

- - Mergers & acquisitions;
n
- - Shareholder, & partnership agreements;
n
- - Joint ventures agreements;
n
- - Corporate governance; and
n
- - Business succession agreements.
n

- Strong portfolio of corporate & commercial work;

- $180,000 - $250000 subject to your experience.

About you

The ideal candidate will have;

- - At least 5 years of post admission experience within corporate & commercial law. Candidates with more experience are strongly encouraged to apply;
n
- - Good time management skills; and
n
- - Good verbal and written skills.
