The Opportunity
n
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Team Leader to join our dynamic operations team. This is a hands-on role with variety - ideal for a quick learner who enjoys critical thinking and decision making, has a good work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Lead the customer service and provides sales team support on pricing, stock availability and customer analysis.
n
Provide back up for customer service team during peak periods of inbound calls.
n
Manage price increases including customer approval and system update.
n
Provide monthly reports on customer/ product sales and identify trends and opportunities.
n
Provide reports to the CEO and leadership team on key metrics.
n
Manage escalated customer relations and warranties.
n
Monitor products margins and investigate where required.
n
Assist in the launch of new products and services.
n
Local procurement, part maintenance and purchasing.
n
About You
n

n
Microsoft Office literate (Excel Mandatory)
n
Intermediate Hubspot experience (Mandatory)
n
Experience in equipment, components and machinery industry preferred
n
Adaptable and versatile to situations
n
Ability to lead and decision make
n
Minimum 3-5 years of customer service management experience required
