This established architectural practice delivers high-end residential, multi-residential and mixed-use projects across Queensland. Known for its technical excellence, the team is seeking a Senior Architect to lead documentation and project delivery from the Gold Coast office.

Your New Role

n

As an Architect, you will lead the production of high-quality construction documentation across a variety of residential and multi-residential developments.

n

You will coordinate consultants, manage technical detailing, support project teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

What You'll Need to Succeed

n

n
- Degree or relevant qualifications in Architecture
n
- Around 10+ years' post-graduate experience is desirable
n
- Strong construction documentation and technical detailing expertise
n
- Experience across high-end residential, multi-residential and mid to high-rise projects
n
- ArchiCAD software experience
n
