An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architect / Associate with strong Health sector expertise to lead projects, mentor teams and play a key role in delivering outstanding design outcomes from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

n

Lead the delivery of complex Health projects across all project stages, from briefing and concept design through to construction and completion

n

Manage client relationships, consultant coordination and multidisciplinary project teams to achieve exceptional project outcomes

n

Drive high-quality design development and technical documentation while maintaining project quality and programobjectives

n

Mentor and support junior architects, fostering collaboration, professional development and technical excellence across the studio

n

Prepare compelling presentations and communicate design intent using industry-leading digital design and visualisation tools

n

Skills & Experience

n

Registered Architect with approximately 10+ years of skilled experience,



including significant exposure to Health sector projects

n

Strong knowledge of Revit, with the ability to produce and oversee high-quality documentation packages

n

Demonstrated experience leading projects from inception through construction, coordinating consultants and managing stakeholder relationships

n

Sound understanding of Australian building regulations, construction detailing and Health planning standards, including familiarity with AusHFG and dRofus

n

Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach and genuine passion for design excellence
