The Role

As Operations Manager, you will oversee day‐to‐day operations, drive project performance, and play a key role in expanding our footprint across the mining and industrial sectors. This is a hands‐on leadership role with a strong commercial focus.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage operational teams across electrical and mining projects
n
- Oversee project delivery, scheduling, resourcing, and compliance
n
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational efficiency
n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across mining and heavy industry

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and tenders
n
- Develop operational strategies to support growth and profitability
n
- Manage budgets, reporting, and performance metrics
n
- Mentor and develop supervisors, trades, and project staff

About You

You're a confident leader who understands the realities of mining operations and electrical project delivery. You're commercially sharp, technically grounded, and comfortable representing the business with clients and stakeholders.

You Will Bring

- Electrical trade qualification or engineering background (highly regarded)
n
- Experience in mining, heavy industrial, or resources sectors
n
- Strong operational leadership experience

- Proven success in business development or client‐facing roles
n
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem‐solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
