Picoso Mexican Restaurant is seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Time Chef to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and maintaining high kitchen standards. Experience with Mexican cuisine is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to restaurant standards
n
- Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance
n
- Manage stock and assist with ordering supplies
n
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
n
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
n
- Support and collaborate with the kitchen team
n

Requirements

n

- Previous experience as a Chef
n
- Solid knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
n




- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- Food Safety Certificate preferred
n
- Reliable, motivated, and passionate about food
n
