Job Description
PMO Coordinator– Automotive Finance Technology
n
The PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered effectively, on time, and aligned with business objectives.
n
This role will play a key role in project governance, reporting, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication across complex technology implementation projects.
n
You will support activities including project planning, progress tracking, risk management, meeting coordination, reporting, and ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Support project planning, execution, and delivery activities across enterprise technology implementations
n
- Maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and project documentation
n
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders
n
- Coordinate communication between business users, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders
n
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities
n
- Track project deliverables and ensure actions are completed within agreed timelines
n
- Support change management, process documentation, and implementation activities
n
- Assist with project governance processes, including reporting, quality management, and compliance requirements
n
- Identify potential risks and issues and support mitigation planning
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced technology delivery environment.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
- Experience in PMO, project coordination, project administration, or business operations roles
n
- Experience supporting technology implementation projects or digital transformation initiatives
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical stakeholders
n
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
n
n
Highly Desirable
n
n
- Automotive finance, banking, lending, leasing, or financial services industries
n
- Core banking, loan origination, credit decisioning, or lending platforms
n
- Enterprise software implementation projects
n
- Agile delivery methodologies and project management frameworks
n
- Experience working with international teams and clients
n
n
