Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing P&C; support to our organisation, ensuring that our people and culture initiatives align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will enjoy all facets of a generalist role, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people and culture strategies that support business objectives
n
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on P&C; policies, procedures, and best practices
n
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
n
- Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career development
n




- Partner with the recruitment team to ensure a diverse and inclusive candidate pool and a positive candidate experience
n
- Analyse P&C; metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
n
- Ensure compliance with all P&C; laws and regulations
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in P&C;, business, or a related field
n
- 5+ years of experience in P&C;, with a focus on business partnering
n
- Strong knowledge of P&Claws; and regulations
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to build solid relationships with business leaders and employees
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Experience with HR systems and data analysis - we use Employment Hero
n
