Due to sustained growth and recent project demands, they are seeking a highly capable Field Service Representative to join their specialist support team.

The Role:

As the Field Service Representative, you will be the on-site technical authority managing the health, maintenance, and operational readiness of advanced C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence) and surveillance platforms.

This is a highly autonomous, field-based position requiring travel to various client sites and remote locations. You will act as the crucial link between the engineering team and the end-user, ensuring maximum system availability and fostering strong client relationships on the ground.
