Job Description

We are seeking an experience Finance Manager for an prospect with a growing, investor backed business in the hospitality / retail space. This role is an immediately/short notice start for an ongoing temporary basis. Reporting to the CFO, you will own financial control and reporting across a growing asset portfolio, with a management accountant, margin analyst and two offshore assistant accountants supporting you.

What you will be doing

- Month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations, including building out the reconciliation framework
n
- Monthly board reporting pack, including consolidated P&L;, store level performance and variance commentary
n
- Budget upload and actual versus budget reporting in Xero
n




- Oversight of the weekly supplier payment run and payment controls
n
- Payroll oversight and compliance, including payroll tax and workers compensation
n
- BAS, audit preparation and statutory compliance
n
- Managing and developing the offshore accounting team
n

What you will need

- CA or CPA qualified
n
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager role
n
- Board reporting experience
n
- Multi-site or asset heavy business background, hospitality or retail highly regarded
n
- Available to start asap or at short notice
n
- Fulltime in office, Monday - Friday
