U-Go Mobility is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support the Head of People and Safety in filling frontline transport roles, with a focus on bus drivers. You will manage end-to-end hiring, screens, interviews and pre-employment checks, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
You will work closely with depot leaders and operations teams to understand workforce requirements, maintain records, and coordinate onboarding to enable secure, capable new hires.
