Job Description

Baxter Laboratories, an Australian-owned manufacturer, seeks an experienced HSE leader to own the site's Health, Safety & Workplace function. You will work with SMT to shape strategy while actively engaging on the factory floor to drive daily safety improvements.

You will build relationships across manufacturing, quality, engineering and laboratories to ensure compliant, practical HSE systems and a proactive safety culture on a developing, large-scale site.
