Are you an experienced operations leader who thrives when everyone else is asleep? We're looking for a motivated Night Shift Coordinator to lead our field crews, keep projects running smoothly, and ensure every shift is delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.

At Rangedale, no two nights are the same. You'll coordinate multiple civil infrastructure and pipeline maintenance crews across Melbourne, solve challenges in real time, and play a key role in delivering essential services to our clients.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple night shift crews working across Melbourne and surrounding areas.

n

Typical roster:

n

Sunday to Thursday

n

Night shift (approximately 6:00pm – 3:00am, with flexibility depending on project requirements)

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Coordinate daily night shift operations and field crews.

n

Allocate labour, plant and equipment to scheduled works.

n

Liaise with clients, supervisors and project managers throughout the shift.

n

Ensure all works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

n

Monitor project progress and respond to operational issues.

n





Complete daily reports and shift handovers.

n

Ensure compliance with company policies, SWMS and safety procedures.

n

Support and mentor field employees while promoting a positive team culture.

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

Previous experience coordinating/scheduling or supervising operational crews.

n

Experience within civil construction, drainage, utilities, pipeline maintenance or a similar industry.

n

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

n

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

n

The ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.

n

Current driver's licence (HR licence highly regarded).

n
