Here's a Snapshot Of Your Day

- Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
n
- Reviews assigned work orders.
n
- Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
n
- Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
n




- Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
n
- Reviews work orders, estimates time and materials needed to repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies.
n
- Maintains lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
n
- Responds quickly to emergency situations
n

Skills And Experience

n

n
- Relevant and valid OH&S; cards preferred, such as License for operating a Forklift, Elevating Work Platform, and Work Safely At Heights.
n
- Suitable Trade qualifications or experience in plumbing is highly desirable, and hands‐on with building repair/carpentry work.
n
- Basic knowledge and safety awareness around electrical work.
n
- Experience with general repairs and maintenance in a structured commercial environment.
n
- Valid Driver's License.
n
