Job Description

NightOwl is an Australian owned and operated franchise network with over 50 years in retail. As HR Coordinator, you'll support a diverse workforce across NightOwl, Think Commercial and The Benson Hotel, gaining exposure to the retail, property and hospitality sectors.

Working with Head of People Operations, you'll lead workplace investigations, manage employee relations, and develop policies, WHS compliance, and organisational projects to support growth.
