MAS Carpentry & Construction is looking for a motivated First Year Apprentice Carpenter to join our team.

About the Role

n

As an apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of residential carpentry, including:

n

- Assisting with framing, fixing and general carpentry tasks
n
- Installing windows, doors, skirting, architraves and other timber finishes
n
- Learning to read plans and use hand and power tools safely
n




- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
n
- Working as part of a supportive team while completing your formal apprenticeship training
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is:

n

n
- Keen to learn and build a career in carpentry
n
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
n
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
n
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
n
- Comfortable working at heights from ladders and scaffolding (this is a regular part of the role)
n
- Committed to producing quality work
n
- Driver's licence preferred
n
