Talent Focus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Concreter to join a well-established contractor specialising in warehouse footings and industrial concrete construction.

About the Role You will be joining an experienced footings crew working across a range of industrial projects, including warehouse foundations and other large-scale concrete works. While the majority of projects are based throughout Melbourne's western suburbs, occasional work will be required in the south-east, Bendigo and Ballarat so reliable transport is essential.

We're looking for someone who is hands-on and willing to assist wherever required, including working in trenches and supporting the wider crew.

Duties

- Concrete finishing and placement
n
- Assisting with warehouse footing construction
n
- Working in trenches and around excavation works
n




- General concreting duties across industrial projects
n
- Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Minimum 2–4 years concreting experience
n
- Experience with concrete finishing is highly regarded
n
- Reliable transport and willingness to travel to various project locations
n
- Strong work ethic and commitment to long-term employment
n
- Ability to work well within a team
n
