We are seeking a full-time financial lines claims specialist.

The role supports a sizeable portfolio of business, and Financial Lines / Claims Made Insurance experience or a legal background are a must for this role.

Position Summary

n

- To control and oversee the daily processing of all Financial Lines Claims, including Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Cyber, and other Claims Made insurance claims
n
- Liaise with Clients, Account Managers and Insurers on the progress of claims
n
- Maintain professional relationships with Insurers for the provision of claims services to clients
n
- Liaise with relevant additional stakeholders, such as TPAs, Panel Solicitors etc
n
- Manage a portfolio of claims supporting a $15m business segment
n




- Lodge recent claims in line with the company's procedures
n
- Complete regular follow up of claims progress
n
- Provide regular updates on claims progression
n
- Report to Management any problems with Insurers, Claims progress, or potential Professional Indemnity issues
n
- Be prepared to undertake the implementation of new strategies, process and procedures that will create efficiency within the Department
n
- Work from the Scoresby office for a minimum of 3 days per week in accordance with the Company Remote Working & Working From Home Policy
