About the role

n

Working as part of a close-knit customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Processing customer orders and updating internal systems
n
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
n
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
n




- Maintaining accurate data and recordsLiaising with internal stakeholders to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
n
- General customer service and administration duties
n

n

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

n

n
- Previous experience in a customer service and administration role
n
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
n
- Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
n
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
n

n

Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as JD Edwards or Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.

n

This role requires flexibility to work between early morning start times (typically between 6:00am and 7:00am) and may occasionally require overtime to support business operations.
