ABOUT THE ROLE

n

We're looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our team based in Bella Vista.

n

Working closely with an experienced and supportive team, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of clients whilst delivering exceptional customer service and commercial outcomes.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor
n
- Managing client enquiries and delivering responsive service
n
- Providing advice on vehicles, finance options and fleet solutions
n
- Coordinating vehicle replacement and renewal programs
n
- Identifying opportunities to grow client portfolios and introduce new services
n
- Participating in client meetings and fleet reviews
n
- Supporting new client implementations and maintaining fleet data integrity
n
- Delivering client reporting and insights to drive better outcomes
n

ABOUT YOU

n

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. Whether you're an experienced fleet professional or have transferable experience in account management, customer success, or relationship management, we'd love to hear from you.

You will ideally have:

n

n




- Experience in account management, customer success, fleet, leasing, automotive, finance or a similar client-facing role
n
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
n
- A customer-first mindset and commercial awareness
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- A proactive and results-focused approach
n
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively within a team
n
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools will be highly regarded
n
