The business works across commercial and industrial construction throughout Melbourne. Current projects include a high-end warehouse development featuring detailed joinery, stone finishes and a mezzanine, a multi-warehouse development in Rosebud and a childcare project in the northern suburbs.

You'll work closely with a newly appointed Senior Project Manager and a leadership team that remains accessible and involved. The General Manager is approachable, practical and available when you need another perspective, without unnecessarily interfering in how you manage your work.

A high percentage of the company's projects come from existing clients. This creates continuity across the pipeline,
established relationships and a more straightforward delivery environment than builders continually chasing unfamiliar work.

They are looking for someone who has already established themselves as a capable CA or Senior CA with a commercial head contractor. You'll need the confidence to take ownership, communicate clearly with the wider project team and operate without being closely managed.
