Add Staff is partnering with a National, well regarded group of companies within the Electrical industry. We are seeking applications from experienced Service and Maintenance Electricians to join our client's team.

This is the perfect position for a highly motivated Service Electrician to join our clients Service Department based in Sydney metro and surrounding suburbs. This is a diverse position and best suited to an ambitious tradesperson who is technically minded and enjoys developing customer relationships.

n

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established National electrical contractor offering opportunity and security. This is a new opportunity for a commercial service electrician, with a focus on servicing Government, retail and commercial sites.

- Preventative maintenance across a range of commercial clients sites, including retail, detention centres, Government and Corporate client sites
n
- General power and lighting installations and upgrades
n
- Extensive telecommunications experience included install, splice and terminate fiber optic cables
n
- Breakdown service, fault diagnoses, repairs, testing and commissioning of commercial electrical and telecommunications systems
n
- Ensure high quality workmanship while maintaining company standards, relevant safety and compliance documentation
n
- Provide technical support to a broad range of commercial clients at a professional level
n
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

The Candidate

n

The ideal candidate for this position will be a passionate and results focused service electrician, who has experience in effectively servicing customer requirements accompanied.

n

The key to success in this position is excellent technical skills accompanied by a strong service ethic with good written and verbal communication skills.

n

- QLD Electrical Licence
n
- Construction Industry White Card
n
- Current CPR/ LVR
n
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
n
- Demonstrated knowledge of Industry Standards, Safe Work Practices, OHSE Procedures and a willingness to adhere to site appropriate procedures
n
- Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with people at all levels including internal and external customers, industry suppliers and stakeholders
n
- Demonstrate a solid sense of initiative with the ability to operate in a fast paced setting and the confidence in your skills to make decisions
