This hands-on role covers multiple locations—Killarney Heights, Ryde and Cherrybrook—with travel between sites and occasional weekend swim meets.

You will foster a positive, safe, high-performing workplace, build strong relationships with swimmers and families, and lead pathway administration and communication.
