Green Tower Building & Facilities Management is seeking a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing team.

n

We provide professional cleaning and facilities management services across a range of commercial buildings, offices, residential strata properties and common areas throughout the Illawarra.

n

About the Role

n

This is a casual position with the opportunity for ongoing work for the right applicant. Hours may vary depending on client requirements, with morning, daytime and occasional afternoon shifts available.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Cleaning offices, foyers and common areas
n
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
n
- Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
n
- Emptying rubbish bins and replacing liners
n
- Cleaning glass,



mirrors and touch points
n
- Restocking consumables
n
- Reporting maintenance issues to management
n
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
n

n

About You

n

To be successful you will:

- Take pride in delivering quality work

- Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy

- Have excellent attention to detail
n
- Be able to work independently and within a team
n
- Have good communication skills
n
- Hold a current driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred)
n
- Have (or be willing to obtain) a National Police Check
n
- Have full Australian working rights
n

Previous experience

n

n
- Commercial cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
n
- Full training will be provided to the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
