This is a role created for First Nations applicants with experience within the banking sector.

n

Salary between $120-$150k

n

The Small Business Banker works in a high-performance culture supporting Small Business customers with their banking needs and helping them achieve their financial and business goals.

n

Your role will be to build enduring customer relationships with new Small Business customers who have Home Lending and Business Lending needs.

n

n
- Proactively managing the banks existing portfolio of customers to ensure we are prioritising exceptional customer service through every interaction and supporting their business growth.
n
- Provide a marketing leading proposition and being present within your local community, ensuring your recognised as a Local Trusted Expert.
n
- Generate revenue through discovery and execution on Bank of Choice needs and other non-lending needs of customer.
n

Skills Required:

n

n
- 4+ years' experience in the Financial Services sector.
n
- Preference for 2+ years sales and/or business lending experience (may include term /mortgage loan or asset-based finance).
n
- Previous Retail or Business banking experience in working with customers, uncovering their needs, and delivering an appropriate solution.
n
- Strong record of accomplishment of meeting sales targets.
