About The Position

n

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team, our medical Clinic is located at Bond University, Queensland.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Providing a warm and welcoming first point of contact for patients, both in-person and over the phone
n
- Scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling medical billing and administration tasks
n
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including customer service
n
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive patient information
n
- Supporting the medical team by coordinating patient flow and ensuring a smooth and efficient clinic experience
n

Requirements

About the Person

n

n
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role within the healthcare industry
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
n




- Proficient in using medical practice management software Best Practice, electronic medical records, and other relevant technology
n
- A compassionate and empathetic approach when interacting with patients
n
- A team player attitude and the willingness to contribute to the overall success of the medical practice
n

Salary details

The hourly rate for this casual role is $48.46 (includes 25% casual Loading) plus 12% superannuation.
