We are seeking a highly organised, customer-focused Administration Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a national organisation dedicated to supporting our team of pharmacists, whilst contributing to the local community. As the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business while providing high-quality administrative support across a range of functions.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role sits within our group office corporate function. You will have exposure across different areas of the business and work dynamically to achieve success.
n
This role is in Wellcamp, Toowoomba and you will work 38hrs per week across standard retail hours Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
n

- Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
n
- Providing exceptional customer service to a range of stakeholders.
n
- Processing claims accurately and within required timeframes.
n
- Managing referrals and maintaining accurate records.
n
- Assisting with retail sales and customer enquiries.
n
- Providing a broad range of administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record management.
n
- Supporting internal teams with general administrative tasks.
n
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.
n

About you
n
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or customer service role
n
- Experience managing enquiries and customer relationships
n
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, with solid technology skills in learning new software systems
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet goals.
n
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- A positive, flexible approach and willingness to assist where needed
n
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
n
