About the Role:

n

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support the Store Manager in running a high-performing store. You'll lead from the front during shifts, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and help set the standard for team performance and customer experience.

n

You'll be part of a high-volume, high-energy environment where no two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

n

You'll take ownership of your shifts, stepping up to keep things running smoothly while motivating and guiding the team around you.

n

This is a full-time role with weekend and evening availability being essential to support our busiest trading periods.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
- Supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of a high-performing, fast-paced store.
n
- Delivering standout customer service experiences that build loyalty and drive repeat business.
n
- Leading by example on the floor, coaching and supporting team members during shifts.
n
- Helping train, onboard and develop team members to set them up for success.
n
- Driving sales performance and contributing to achieving store KPIs.
n




- Maintaining high standards across cleanliness, presentation and food safety.
n
- Taking ownership of shifts and ensuring smooth, efficient operations in the Store Manager's absence.
n

- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or experienced Crew role.
n
- Background in hospitality, QSR, or food retail environments.
n
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
n
- A hands-on leader who can motivate, guide, and support a team.
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to step up and take ownership.
n
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments and enjoys being part of a team.
