Job Description

VicTrack is seeking a Systems & Data Lead to drive the strategic management, integrity, and analytics of its People & Culture technology suite. You will guide transformation to a streamlined HRIS workplace, delivering high-quality data and insights for workforce decisions.

You will lead improvements, manage HRIS configurations, and collaborate with IT, Finance, and vendors to ensure seamless interfaces and compliant upgrades, while developing self-service dashboards for executives.
