The Glen Hotel is seeking Casual Retail Bottle Shop Attendants to join our award-winning venue in Eight Mile Plains. We're an all-encompassing destination featuring our Deck Bar, Charles Baker Coffee & Donut Shop, Lily Restaurant, Gaming Room, 4.5-star accommodation as well as 5 diverse event spaces and a drive-thru bottle shop.

About The Role

We're looking for someone with a background in bottle shops who knows how to communicate and connect with regulars as well as our awesome team to bring it all together.

We're looking for someone with the following:

- Experience in a similar role

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills

- A sincere and deliberate focus on building rapport with customers

- An enthusiastic and positive attitude

- Focused on driving performance and increasing sales

- Full or flexible availability to fulfill a variety of rotating rostered shifts across evenings, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with the Bottle Shop's operating hours.
