Our client is seeking amotivated Loader operatorto join their Toowoomba operation.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Supporting yard operations through general maintenance, loader operation, and housekeeping tasks
n
- Assist with mowing, weed spraying, cleaning, and other day-to-day yard duties
n
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch
n
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
n

n

About You

- Keen to build a long-term career in the concrete or construction industry
n
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
n
- Strong attention to detail and basic numeracy skills
n
- Able to work in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
n
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
n

Requirements

n

n
- Valid Loader Ticket (mandatory)
n
- White card
n
- Previous experience in yard work, plant operation, or similar roles preferred
n




- Experience of operating loaders or heavy machinery (desirable)
n
- Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical
n
