What You'll Be Doing

n

As a key member of the leadership team, you will:

n

- Lead end-to-end finance operations across APAC, including month-end, year-end, and reporting
n
- Drive financial consolidation and IFRS-compliant reporting aligned with global standards
n
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to support decision-making
n
- Strengthen financial governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks
n




- Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Operations, and Country Management
n
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional finance team.
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- CPA / CA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
n
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner / Regional Finance role
n
- Strong background in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance (IFRS)
n
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving performance across multiple locations
n
- Highly analytical with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.
