About the Role

As General Manager at our Legana home, you will:

n

- Lead the overall operations and performance of the residence
n
- Deliver outstanding person-centred care and resident experiences
n
- Coach, develop and inspire multidisciplinary teams
n
- Drive quality, compliance,



safety and accreditation outcomes
n
- Manage occupancy, financial performance and business targets
n
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families and the local community
n

What You'll Bring

- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in aged care, health or a related service environment
n
- Strong commercial and operational management capability
n
- Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
n
- Knowledge of aged care funding and service delivery requirements
n
- Ability to drive change, continuous improvement and quality outcomes
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded
